Order Fulfillment Policy

Order Fulfillment Policy governs all transactions and order processes for

digital products available on https://businesscoach.nikhiljain.pro/. By placing an order through our website, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

All products sold on this platform are digital in nature. These include but are not limited to:·

·        Downloadable course content

·        Digital playbooks, toolkits, templates, and guides

·        Online coaching resources

·        Pre-written digital strategy packages

·        Training and study materials

As such, they are intangible and are delivered electronically via email.

All orders placed are treated as pre-orders. This means that once the order is received, it enters a fulfillment queue. We do not offer instant downloads at the point of purchase to maintain a manual quality verification and secure distribution process.

After placing an order:

• The digital product(s) will be processed and fulfilled within 48 to 72 hours (business days only).
• Fulfillment is conducted manually to ensure file accuracy, relevance, and customization (if applicable).
• Customers will receive their product via the email address used at the time of purchase.

Once an order is successfully placed:    

• You will receive an automated order confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your order.
• ·A follow-up email will contain the actual delivery of the purchased digital content within the defined fulfillment period (48–72 hours).
• If you do not receive your order within 72 hours, please contact orders@businesscoach.nikhiljain.pro with your order details.

All digital products are delivered via email either as:

• PDF attachments  
• Downloadable links to cloud-hosted files (Google Drive, Dropbox, or equivalent)        
• Direct content embeds (depending on format and compatibility)

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we strictly do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

• ·Once a product is delivered, the transaction is considered complete.
• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-returnable and non-refundable electronic product.
• We encourage you to review product details or contact us for any pre-sale questions prior to purchasing.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect file or if there is a delivery issue:

• Please email orders@businesscoach.nikhiljain.pro within 7 days of order delivery.
• We will review your request and rectify any mistakes at no additional cost.

All digital products are for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or modification for resale is strictly prohibited unless otherwise explicitly permitted under a written license agreement.
